These terms apply when Students/Parents use the online service to pay Registration Fee / Provisional Admission Fee. Once you authorize payment, it is assumed you accept these terms.

Who We Are

Renaissance University may change these terms at any time, without prior notice. You should check them each time you use the service.

What Personal Data We Collect & Why

  • The university allows online payments of certain admission-related fees via its website.
  • Payment is handled via secure gateway services (e.g. Paytm, BillDesk).
  • University only receives minimal details from payment gateway: payer name, bill number, amount. The rest (e.g. full credit card details) is handled by the payment provider.

  • You must ensure that all information you provide is accurate.
  • Retaining a record or receipt of the transaction is recommended.

Contact Forms

  • The fee amount paid via credit card, debit card, net banking, etc., usually is posted to the university's account in about 2 working days.
  • The university isn't responsible if the payment is delayed, declined, or refused by the bank or card provider.

Cookies

  • The University does not charge any "processing / service fee," but transaction handling charges by the payment gateway and applicable taxes (GST etc.) must be borne by the payer.
  • For failed transactions, any bank or gateway charge that arises is to be paid by the student.

Embedded Content from Other Websites

  • The fee paid with the application (Rs. 350) is non-refundable.
  • Students can pay a token amount as provisional admission fee after approval; this does not confirm a seat unless all formalities (documentary, financial) are completed.
  • If full fee is not paid by the due date, the provisional amount / token will be forfeited.
  • Refund requests must be made in writing to the Principal (in person, by regular mail, or email). Phone requests are not acceptable.
  • If the refund is approved, a minimum of Rs. 1000 will be deducted as processing fees.
  • The University may modify the refund policy at any time by publishing changes on their website.
